A box is situated at reception for any comments on the service offered.
We invite you to comment, in writing, either anonymously or accompanied
by your name and address. if you leave your name and address, we will
acknowledge your comments.
COMPLAINTS
We have our own in-house Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint,
please use the Complaints
Procedure. We use complaints to identify training issues. please ask
for information about the complaints Procedure at Reception.
We hope that most problems
can be sorted out easily and at the time they arise. However if you are
not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, you should write to Mrs
