In order to allow us to issue the correct medication we ask patients to be able to give the Reception Staff the details of tablets, creams etc, that they need. it helps to bring previous packaging if attending. It is important that you have all the relevant information to hand when ordering your prescriptions:

> Name of Drug Requested
> Strength of Drug
> How often you take it
> Name of Doctor who prescribes item
> Disposal- which Chemist, Post Office, Collect or Envelope

This helps us to offer you a fast and efficient service.
Lines are open from:
8.30 am – 10.30 am your prescription will be ready the same afternoon
2 pm – 5 pm your prescription will be ready the next afternoon.
